Who We Are
We understand choosing a hearing care provider is a big decision. Our number one priority is delivering exceptional patient care. Our audiologist has over 40 years of expertise in hearing healthcare, and is well-trained on a variety of services ranging from evaluations to treatment.
We believe great care includes establishing great relationships with our patients. Treating hearing loss is an ongoing process that requires regular follow-ups, maintenance and cleanings to keep you hearing your best. Our staff is here to support you not only during your initial visit but throughout your entire journey to better hearing.

OWNER/DIRECTOR
Kathleen Page is the Owner/Director of H.E.A.R.S. Audiology. A graduate of the University of Florida, she is NYS licensed and Board Certified in Audiology, and has over 40 years of experience working with clients of all ages.

Buckbinder
PATIENT CARE COORDINATOr / Administrative assistant
Eileen is a Patient Care Coordinator/Administrative Assistant at H.E.A.R.S. Audiology. With extensive experience in the Human Resources field, including roles as a Human Resources Assistant, Administrative Assistant, and Recruiter, Eileen is dedicated to enhancing patient experiences by providing a welcoming environment and ensuring that all aspects of their care are managed efficiently. Her responsibilities include scheduling and confirming appointments, daily communication with patients, and supporting the practice's smooth operation.
In her free time, Eileen enjoys playing with her two Maltese dogs, spending time with her family and friends, listening to music, and watching the Yankees and Mets.

Sarah LaPrelle
REMOTE AUDIOLOGIST / CONSULTANT
Sarah is our remote audiologist, assisting with APD case histories. When she is back in town, she is happy to assist in the office with audiological evaluations and routine hearing aid maintenance services. Sarah graduated with honors from James Madison University in May 2022, with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders and a minor in Exceptional Education. She obtained her doctoral degree in audiology in 2026 from Washington University in St. Louis. In her free time, Sarah enjoys exercising, reading, and spending time with her friends and family.
