Additionally, Kathleen has worked in a variety of settings, each with their own dynamic, including clinics, private practices, hospitals, nursing/rehabilitation facilities, schools, and government agencies. She has been called upon to present educational workshops on an assortment of hearing-related topics to senior citizen groups, parents, teachers, school districts, nurses, therapists, and nursing home staff. Kathleen is well-liked by both her children and adult patients, and their families.
Office Manager/Patient Care Coordinator
Prior to joining HEARS Audiology April was a stay-at-home mom having previous work experience in the executive search and publishing industries as an administrative assistant. She will meet and greet you with a smile and try her best to answer your questions and perform the occasional wax trap and dome change when the Audiologist is unavailable. April will place your hearing aid orders and send out any custom hearing aid and ear mold orders and repairs, making sure they are delivered in a timely manner. She will also check to see if you have a hearing aid insurance benefit with your carrier and submit all claims and paperwork for reimbursement. In her spare time April enjoys long walks with her dog in the park, reading and watching Yankees baseball.
